School will not be in session on Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, due to NLS teacher in-service. After school activities will not be held, and the fitness room will be closed.

The North Lakeland School District is seeking bids from contractors interested in the following project: LED Lighting Upgrade -- Removal and replacement of all non-LED light fixtures. Bid must include disposal of old fixtures, hardware, and bulbs. Bidder must seek and include all incentives/rebates available to the district. The bid document is composed of one section. Bidders must bid on its entirety. Pre-bid walk-through may be conducted by appointment. Outdoor Education 9/25-26
North Lakeland students and staff will move the classroom to the outdoors, Thursday and Friday, Sept. 25 and 26, for Fall Outdoor Education. 8th graders will go on their Porcupine Mountains trip Sept. 24-26. Detailed letters will be sent home with all students at least one week prior to outdoor ed. Please contact Ms. Thoma, outdoor ed director, with questions.
Picture Day
PIcture day will be Wed., Sept. 18, starting at 8 a.m. All students will have their photo taken and given an order form with two photo proofs to choose from if you wish to place an order. Picture retakes, or if absent 9/18, will be Wed., Oct. 2.
If school is not in session due to vacation, inclement weather/school closure, teacher in-service, or outdoor education, the fitness center will not be available. A liability waiver must be signed before using equipment. Ages 10 & older welcome. Questions may be directed to Donna White, Community Education Director.
